Moving to Adult Diabetes Services

On Tuesday 22nd February 2022, 5-7pm, the UCLH children and young people's diabetes team are holding a Zoom workshop for young people who are moving to adult services in 2022/2023 to share information about adult clinics. We will be joined by young adults who have moved to adult clinics, as well as different team members from the diabetes service.

They will help you answer questions such as:

Which clinic should I go to?

How often will I be seen?

Will my pump supplies change?

What happens if I need to change my appointment?

Will I get sensors?

Will my parents be able to come to appointments with me?
